Our newest release of the Manual order entry system is a complete rewrite with lots of additional functionality, a better interface and improved integration for osCommerce stores.
Many online stores take orders over the phone, but entering these orders and taking payment can be a lot of hard work. With our Manual order entry system entering these orders and taking payment can be achieved in 3 easy steps.
First you choose the customer from a list of existing customers, or if the customer has never shopped before you simply enter the customers details. You then select the products the customer wishes to order. Finally you enter the customers credit card details (additional payment module required) and complete the order. 
- Create accounts on the fly
- Select any existing account from the database
- Create orders without requiring an email address
- Optionally send a random password to new customers at the confirmation stage.
- Add any product in the database including any attributes
- Add a generic product that doesn’t exist in the database
- Give discounts off individual items
- Calculate shipping using internal modules based on weight
- Process payments and immediately see the error or authorization messages
- Email customers an invoice either at completion or from the orders list.
- Override the invoice date
- Payment stage can be bypassed altogether.
- Edit any order on the system regardless if it was entered through the store or the manual order entry system
- Recall the customers basket contents and compete their order for them.
- Orders can be suspended and recalled at any time.
- System will automatically update when new versions are released.
