An example, you want a banner added to the top of your site that can be controlled from the osCommerce admin site. Well osCommerce already has a banner manager so all we would need to do is modify a single file and activate the banner. This would normally take no more than 15 minutes so you would be charged 1 support credit.

You would of course have 3 credits left to use whenever you wanted in the future. There is no time limit on your credits and they will remain in your account until you are ready to use them.

To get started all you need to do is purchase your first 4 credits, once payment has been received you will have access to our support credit manager where you can submit a new job request, check existing jobs and see all completed jobs.

Note: Our support credits are designed for all your small jobs, they are not suitable for larger jobs where an upfront quote would be more suitable.
