GoCreations was started in 2005 out of frustration for the lack of customer support in the web hosting industry. At the time Neil Westlake (founder) was developing websites for clients and needed hosting services for these sites. After many bad experiences Neil decided to start offering hosting services directly to his clients and armed with a single Dell 1U rack server Neil started taking on hosting customers in July 2005.

Over the past 13 years the company has grown from strength to strength and after moving out of their London Colocation facilities in 2010, they took on their own rack space within a high quality data centre in the south east of England where they remain to this day.

Still a relativley small business they pride themselves on offering unrivaled enterprise level customer support and are more than willing to go above and beyond for their customers.
