24/7 Server Monitoring

We monitor your servers hardware and software around the clock. Should the unlikely happen and a problem occur we will be notified immediately and will investigate right away. We will feedback our findings to you and explain what went wrong and how we can avoid the same thing occurring again in the future.

cPanel included as standard

Unless you are a Linux keyboard warrior most of our clients rely on a graphical control panel to manage their server. We have been using cPanel on all of our servers for over 13 years and we're an authorised cPanel partner. cPanel is included as standard at no additional cost on all of our servers.

Best effort software support

We understand that not everyone's a computer whizz and sometimes you just need a little advice. We have been in the industry for over 15 years and not only have experience in server admin we are also full stack PHP developers. While we can't help update and maintain your site we will try to help getting scripts working or help diagnose weird issues you are having.

Security Built-in

The internet can be a nasty place. We see attacks on a daily basis which is why we employ security policies and systems to protect our clients. Our network is fully protected against DDOS attacks and persistent brute force attacks. Comprehensive backups included

We all make mistakes and overwrite files by accident, update a site which renders it broken or delete all the contents of a website without backing it up first! Don't worry if this sounds familiar to you we've got you covered. Our comprehensive backup system runs nightly and takes a copy of all your files and databases and stores them safely on our dedicated backup appliance. If you do need to restore a file or database from yesterday, last week or last month then this can be done quickly and easily within your account.
